Daniele D’Acquisto’s work starts from empirical considerations of matter and the laws that govern its behavior. The work begins with the intention to transform the physical dynamics of reality into objects capable of conveying meanings. D’Acquisto’s concentration has been focusing more directly on the context in which the work is shown and the relation between object and space. He is interested in the linguistic aspects of the forms; referencing visual language, as well as the semiotic implications of the object. He uses methodic and systematic processes both digital and analogical depending on what is needed for the project.
