Artist Statement
My art practice relates to the idea of marks or traces, in both form and content. Using elements of my surroundings I make works on paper, paintings and installations that are a response to a location in a particular time frame. Ordinary places or objects as phonebooks, found objects, nature and more are the support to create works that question and define where and how we belong and what elements characterize our identity.
